How long should my hair be before my first waxing appointment?
For the best results, your hair should be about the length of a grain of rice (approximately 1/4 inch). If it is your first time, we recommend letting it grow for at least two to three weeks.
What is your shipping policy for skincare products?
We offer standard shipping across North America. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return opened skincare or aftercare products?
Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my wax service appointment?
You can manage your bookings through our online portal. Please note that we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
Are your wax and skincare products cruelty-free?
Yes, Fuzz Wax Bar is committed to ethical beauty. All of our proprietary waxes and post-wax care products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Is waxing safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We use high-quality, professional-grade hard and soft waxes designed to be gentle on the skin while effectively removing hair. We also offer specialized post-wax serums to soothe any redness.
